Dear All the Precious Members of PHAB,

Greetings from the Executive Committee of PHAB! Hope you are all doing well.

The undersigned is pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 of the Public Health Association of Bangladesh has been scheduled, in accordance with the constitution, to be held on Saturday, 01 November 2025, at 3:00 PM at the IEDCR Auditorium, Mohakhali, Dhaka. The meeting will be conducted with the following agenda:

1. Welcome Address by the President;
2. Confirmation of the Minutes of last AGM;
3. Submission/Presentation of Secretary General’s Report;
4. Submission/Presentation on Treasurer’s Report;
5. Open Discussion;
6. Declaration of the newly elected EC by the Election Commission;
7. Speech by the newly elected Secretary General & President;
8. Concluding Remarks by the Chair.
